She started her acting career in Tamil cinema. Naan Kadavul is one of her most popular films. Pooja Umashankar has also become a leading actress in Sri Lankan Sinhala cinema. She has also acted in sinhala films like Kusa Paba.

    My dance queen is Harshika Kulasooriya, and she is my beloved teacher ♥️. She guides me with patience and love.  Sometimes she protects us like a mother. At other times she comforts us like a sister and a true friend, understanding our fears, drying our tears, and encouraging us with a smile. She always tells us, "One day you must pass me." These words inspire us to work hard and to be confident.  She teaches me not only dance steps but also confidence. She helps me when I am sad.
