A DAY WITHOUT MY PHONE
A day without my phone feels very different from my usual life. In the morning, I don't wake up to alarms, massages, or social media. Because of that, I feel calm, relaxed, and free. I can spend more time with my family, talk with them, and enjoy my breakfast peacefully.
During the day, I do many useful things. I read books, help my parents, go outside, and enjoy nature. I also meet my friends and talk with them face to face. Without my phone, I feel more focused and active. I can think clearly and pay attention to what is happening.
However, there are some difficulties too. I may miss important calls or messages. It is also hard to find information or directions without using the internet. Sometimes I feel a little bored because I am used to using my phone all the time.
Even with these challenges, I learn many good things. I become more independent and use my time in a better way. At the end of the day. I understand that my phone is useful, but is not the most important thing in my life.
So, taking a break from my phone once in a while is a very good habit. It helps me enjoy real life, reduce stress, and spend more quality time with the people around me.
